Practice Makes Perfect

Practice makes perfect. I have found that an expert witness improve testimony by practice. Lawyers can set up mock trials, where the mock jury can observe the expert witness. The mock trial allows the lawyers to get a feel for the expert witness comfort level, communication ability, body language and credibility.
